Return & Refund Policy

You can of course return the item that does not suit you. Return the item to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Refunds will be made:

- Via the means of payment used when you paid for your purchase. Example: If you paid for your purchase via PayPal, the refund will be made via your PayPal account.

Attention;

– Items on sale, promotions or subject to destocking cannot be returned. (SALES, BLACK FRIDAY...)
– Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Returns must be made by La Poste or UPS.
Note that the shipping method (tracking, with signature, etc.) for the return of your package is your responsibility.

– No return sent to a relay point will be accepted and collected by our team. Returns must be made only to our address: 4, Avenue Pasteur - Annemasse - 74100 - France.


Of course, returns are made under certain conditions:

- Do not remove labels.
- Do not wear or wash the item.
- Do not leave a trace on the garment (makeup, etc.).


Here is the procedure to return your items:


- Contact us via live chat or send us an e-mail at support@pickwearshop.com.
- Specify in this form whether it is a refund or an exchange.
- Pack the package carefully.
- Return the package to our address.
